释义 | 界限理論 A test to determine the jurisdiction of a court to deal with a criminal offence which has been committed across jurisdiction boundaries: R v Harden [1963] 1 QB 8, [1962] 1 All ER 286. The test determines jurisdiction on the basis of where the effects of the crime are felt: R v Harden, supra. This test is to be distinguished from the ‘initiatory’ theory: DPP v Stonehouse [1978] AC 55.
