| 释义 | 侵奪職權的人 A person who wrongfully assumes a public office to which another person is entitled. The usurper will be liable to the true office-holder for restitution of the profits and fees received from holding that office. The usurpation must have the foreseeable consequence of injuring the injured party: Bourgoin SA v Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food [1986] QB 716, [1985] 3 All ER 585 (CA).
