普通形式的授予書
A grant of representation where there is no contention as to the right thereto, including the passing of grant through the court in a contentious case where the contest has been terminated. A grant in common form is made on lodgment of an ex parte application for a grant, a will, if any, a certificate of death and estate duty clearance certificate.
指對有關權利沒有爭議的授予承辦，包括在爭辯終止時，在爭議案件中通過法庭宣布授予。訂立普通形式的授予書須交存單方面的授予申請、遺囑(如有的話)、死亡證明書及結清遺產證明書。 |
