| 释义 | 見習律師 A person who has entered into a contract in writing with a master solicitor for a total period of two years under which he is described as an articled clerk or a trainee solicitor and is employed to serve the master solicitor. In consideration thereof, the master solicitor will provide practical legal training to the articled clerk for him or her to be qualified and admitted as a solicitor: Legal Practitioners Ordinance (Cap159) s 2.
