释义	監護令 1.In relation to person concerned in criminal proceedings, the court or magistrate may by the guardianship order place the person under the guardianship of the Director of Social Welfare or other person authorised by the Director of Social Welfare: Mental Health Ordinance (Cap 136) pt IIIA, s 44A. The powers of guardian or the Director of Social Welfare under this Part of the Ordinance are stated in s 44B of the Ordinance. 2. An order made by the Guardianship Board where the Board is satisfied upon application that the mentally incapacitated person is a person in need of a guardian: Mental Health Ordinance (Cap 136) Pt IVB, s 59O. The powers of the guardian are stated in s 59R(3).
