| 释义 | 半事實 Information or a statement which is ultimately rendered incorrect as it does not set out the whole of the relevant information. A half-truth is correct to an extent but ultimately conveys a misrepresentation as not all the facts are apparent. Conduct may be misleading or deceptive where the overall impression conveyed is not correct.
