释义	單一法團 An entity consisting of one person only and his or her successors. These types of corporations are limited to particular government offices or positions for the purpose of offering the person in the particular office or position legal advantages otherwise not available to them as individuals. Such incorporations were not relevant to the development of the modern business corporation. A sole corporation is excluded from the definition of corporation or body corporate under the Companies Ordinance: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 2.
