释义	獨營執業者 A solicitor who practises as a solicitor in his own name or under a firm name, where he is the sole proprietor of the firm. A solicitor shall not practise as a sole practitioner until he has been bona fide employed in the practice of a solicitor in Hong Kong for at least two years since his admission unless he has acquired substantial experience in the law either in Hong Kong or elsewhere: Legal Practitioners Ordinance (Cap 159) s 6(6). A sole practitioner must hold an unconditional practising certificate: s 6(6). 以本身的名稱或根據律師行名稱（律師行的獨資經營者）作為律師執業的律師。除非在香港或其他地方已取得相當的法律經驗，否則自從獲認許為律師後，在至少有2年真誠地受僱從事於一名在香港的律師的執業業務之前，有關的律師不得以獨營執業者的形式執業：《法律執業者條例》（第159章）第6(6)條。獨營執業者須持有無條件規限的執業證書：第6(6)條。
