释义	生物學的方法 In patent law, a method or process for any medical or veterinary treatment, including a merely cosmetic medical treatment, or genetic modification, of humans, animals, or micro-organisms. An essentially biological process for the production of plants or animals, other than a microbiological process or the products of such a process, shall not be patentable: Patents Ordinance (Cap 514) s 93(6).
