释义	中央結算及交收系統 Abbr – CCASS The electronic book-entry clearing and settlement system implemented by the Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited since 1992 for transactions in securities (including ordinary shares, preference shares, registered warrants, provisional allotment letters representing nil-paid rights and debt securities) listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Under the system, share certificates are deposited and recorded in the Central Securities Depository managed by the Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company. Stock transactions and money settlement are effected electronically. Apart from market intermediaries like brokers, custodians and stock lenders, individual investors are allowed to open accounts directly in CCASS. 縮寫 – CCASS 由香港中央結算有限公司自1992年實施的電子賬面記錄結算及交收系統，為於香港證券交易所上市的證券交易（包括普通股、優先股、記名認股權證、代表未繳款供股權的暫定配額通知書及債務證券）而設。在該系統下，股票於由香港中央結算有限公司管理的中央證券存管處存放及紀錄，股票交易及款項交收以電子方式進行。除市場中介人（例如經紀人、保管人及貸股人）外，個人投資者獲准於中央結算及交收系統直接開立帳戶。
