| 释义 | 化學物品製造廠 Any substance or thing being scrap material; effluent; or an unwanted substance or by-product arising from the application of or in the course of any process or trade activity, and which is or contains any substance or chemical specified in schedule of the regulation shall be regarded as chemical waste if such substance or chemical occurs in such form, quantity or concentration so as to cause pollution or constitute a danger to health or risk of pollution to the environment: Waste Disposal (Chemical Waste) (General) Regulation (Cap 354C) ss 2, 3. 任何下述的物質或東西：碎料；污水；或在任何工序或行業活動進行期間所產生的無用物質或副產品，並且是或含有附表1所指明的任何物質或化學品，如其狀態、數量或濃度均足以導致污染或危害健康或可能對環境造成污染：《廢物處置（化學廢物）（一般）規例》（第354C章）第2及3條。 |
