释义	卸貨率 In a contract of carriage, the quantity of cargo unloaded from a ship per day or hour. Rate of discharge may also be stated by reference to the number of available workable hatches, or cranes, etc. A voyage charterparty will often include a term stipulating a set rate of discharge. In the charterparty, rate of discharge may be used in the calculation of laytime: The General Capinpin (CA) [1989] 1 Lloyd’s Rep 232.
