释义	合約下的義務 The obligation imposed under a contract, either expressed or implied, to perform or discharge the work with reasonable expertise, care and skill to the standard as required in the context. In law, the required standard is judged by the standard of the profession or trade in question: Whale View Investment Ltd v Kensland Realty Ltd & Anor (CACV 286/2000, unreported). It is generally accepted that in conveyance of property solicitors owe their clients the duty in contract to exercise all due professional care, skill and diligence: Wong Chick Keung & Anor v Woo Man Sang & Ors (HCMP 3490/91, unreported).
