释义	聯權共有權的四項共有 The defining characteristics of a joint tenancy: unity of time; unity of possession; unity of title; and, unity of interest. Each joint tenant has an identical interest in the whole and every part of it. The title of each arises from the same act. The interest of each is the same in extent, nature and duration. The possession of the land is vested in all, and no person holds any part to the exclusion of the others: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong (2001 Reissue), Vol 16, Land [230.0797]. The existence of only the unity of possession and absence of one or more of the remaining unities, results in the interest being a tenancy in common: Nield, Hong Kong Land Law (2nd Ed, Longman) ch 10 p 230. An absence of unity of possession denies any common title altogether.
