| 释义 | 僱主的個人法律責任 The liability of an employer to a third person for an employee’s tortious acts that are expressly authorised by the employer, or that result from the employer’s inadequate supervision of the employee, or that are ratified by the employer. In these circumstances the employer is personally liable to the third person for the tort: Nikkodo (HK) Ltd v Lam Chiu Kau, Teck Ease (HK) Ltd (HCA 9724/97, unreported).
