| 释义 | 翻印程序 A process for making facsimile copies; or involving the use of an appliance for making multiple copies, and includes, in relation to a work held in electronic form, any copying by electronic means, but does not include the making of a sound recording or film: Copyright Ordinance (Cap 528) s 198(1). Reprographic copies of artistic works or of passages from published literary, dramatic or musical works may, to a reasonable extent, be made by or on behalf of an educational establishment for the purposes of instruction without infringing any copyright in the work, or in the typographical arrangement: s 45(1).
