释义	通路 A road on land held under lease, licence or otherwise from the Government or on land over which the Government has granted a right of way, providing access only to buildings used or intended to be used wholly or mainly for purposes of habitation, and which is not a street: Buildings Ordinance (Cap 123) s 2(1). Every private street and access road shall be surfaced, channelled, sewered and drained to the satisfaction of the Building Authority and in compliance with regulations and lighted to the satisfaction of the Building Authority, and shall be maintained in good order to his satisfaction, by the frontagers: s 29(1). Every new private street, cul-de-sac and access road shall be accessible from an existing street or another new street: Building (Private Streets and Access Roads) Regulations (Cap 123G) reg 3. 並非街道而位於根據租契、特許或其他方式從政府取得而持有的土地上的道路，或位於政府已批予通道權的土地上的道路，而該等道路只供通往完全或主要用作或擬用作居住用途的建築物：《建築物條例》(第123章)第2(1)條。每條私家街道及通路須由臨街處所擁有人鋪設路面、敷設渠道、污水渠及排水渠，而達致建築事務監督滿意的程度和符合規例，以及須由臨街處所擁有人加以照明和妥善保養，而達致建築事務監督滿意的程度：第29(1)條。每條新的私家街道、盡頭路及通路，須可從現有街道或另一條新的街道通往：《建築物(私家街道及通路)規例》(第123G章) 第 3條規例。
