释义 | 以年期為期 An interest in land which lasts for a fixed term, nearly always a leasehold estate in land. It includes a term for less than a year, or for a year or years and a fraction of a year or from year to year. In Hong Kong, the land is alienated by the Government for a term of years, and the current term of years in a Government lease is usually 75 years and renewable for a further 75 years, whereas in the past terms of 99 years or 999 years were also granted: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 16, 2001 Reissue, Land [230.0113]. The Government lessee will often create a tenancy of shorter duration, usually for a term less than three years. See also Leasehold. |
