Trades of listed securities that are not executed through the regulated exchange but within a dealer’s firm. Historically, the buyers and sellers would negotiate the price and conditions of these trades in the ‘upstairs’ rooms of a brokerage firm. These trades are mostly performed by large institutions and involves large block of securities.
不透過受規管交易所，但在交易商行內執行的上市證券交易。在歷史上，買賣雙方會於經紀行樓上的房間內商議此等交易的價錢及條件。此等交易大多數由大型的機構執行，及涉及大額證券。 |
