| 释义 | 父或母親的同意 Consent or approval voluntarily given by a parent or parents of a child, in relation to the child or an act of a child. A parent whose consent to an adoption order is required: Adoption Ordinance (Cap 290) s 5(5)(a). If either party to an intended marriage is of or over 16 and under 21 years of age, the written consent of the parent or parents must be produced to the Registrar of Marriages: Marriage Ordinance (Cap 181) sch 3. If a minor is absolutely and beneficially entitled in possession to property, an appropriation for his benefit requires the consent of his parents or parent: Probate and Administration Ordinance (Cap 10) s 68(2)(b).
