释义	國會版權 In the United Kingdom, this refers to certain works created by or under the direction or control of the House of Commons or the House of Lords: (UK) Copyright, Patents and Designs Act 1988 s 165. Due to the difference in governmental structure, there is no parliamentary copyright in Hong Kong but there are comparable provisions such as government copyright (a work made by an officer of the Government in the course of his duties, provided the work is protected under the copyright law and the first owner of such copyright is the government) and legislative council copyright (a work made by or under the direction or control of the Legislative Council, whereas such work is protected under copyright law and the first owner of such copyright is the Legislative Council): Copyright Ordinance (Cap 528) ss 182-184.
