释义 | 推定的豁免權 The absolute immunity enjoyed by judges, jury, counsel, witnesses, and litigants from civil or criminal proceedings based on anything done or said in the exercise of their respective offices, including acts done and statements made in bad faith: R v Skinner (1722) Lofft 55, 98 ER 529. The immunity extends to judges of inferior courts acting in excess of their jurisdiction.
