| 释义 | 干擾合約關係 The tort which involves one person by unlawful means to intentionally induce a second person to commit a breach of an existing contract against a third person or prevent or hinder the performance of that contract, so that that third person suffers damage: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 25, Tort [380.486]. The first person commits a wrong actionable at the suit of the third person, unless the inducement is justifiable. There are three types of interference which attract liability: direct persuasion, direct intervention and indirect intervention.
