| 释义 | 業主 In general, an owner of land or an estate in land who lets premises to another person under a tenancy agreement. For the purpose of the provisions relating to new tenancies of domestic premises, it includes any person other than the Government, who is entitled to receive rent in respect of any premises and, in respect of a particular tenant, it means the person entitled to receive rent from such tenant: Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance (Cap 7) s 2.
