| 释义 | 代發的匯票 1.A bill of exchange, accepted or indorsed without any consideration being given to the party making himself liable on the bill. 2. A bill of exchange, accepted or indorsed without value by the acceptor or indorser to provide financial support or credit (accommodation) to the drawer or some other party. An accommodation bill is discharged where it is paid in due course by the party accommodated: Bills of Exchange Ordinance (Cap 19) s 59(3).
