| 释义 | 意外賠償 An amount paid in either a lump sum or by progressive payments to compensate a person for a loss or reduction of earning capacity and associated expenses as a result of an accident. One of the International Labour Conventions, the Equality of Treatment (Accident Compensation) Convention 1925, is currently in force and applicable in the Hong Kong SAR: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 13, Foreign Relations [190.273].
