释义	船員協議 A document forming the employment contract between the master and crew of a vessel. It contains the names of the crew members, the wages agreed upon, the capacity in which each crew member serves, the date of commencement of the voyage, and its duration. The provisions and form of a crew agreement must be approved by the Superintendent of the Mercantile Marine Office: Merchant Shipping (Seafarers) Ordinance (Cap 478) s 80(3). A crew agreement is generally for a particular voyage: s 80(1). A crew agreement should be carried in the ship to which it relates: s 80(4). Also referred to as ‘ship’s articles’ or ‘articles of agreement’.
