| 释义 | 聆訊前的會議 In family law, a conference conducted by a registrar of the Family Court with the parties to a dispute and their legal representatives. Its purpose is to attempt to resolve the proceedings or any part of them. If all issues are not resolved, the registrar will give directions to facilitate the hearing of the matter, such as preparing affidavits and exchanging valuation of assets, and fix a date for the hearing. 在家庭法﹐由家事法庭註冊官舉行的會議﹐出席的包括爭議的當事人及其法律代表。目的在於嘗試或解決法律程序或其中的任何部份 。如未能解決全部問題﹐註冊官會作出指示以便聆訴事項﹐例如準備宣誓書,交換資產估值及定下聆訴日期。 |
