释义 | 犯罪行為 Lat – a guilty act. Voluntary actions or omissions constituting a crime; the physical element of the offence. In strict liability offences, the actus reus constitutes the offence. The actus reus may be a positive act or a failure to act, for example, the wilful neglect of a child: Offences Against the Person Ordinance (Cap 212) s 27; Lee Wang Fat & Anor v R [1982] HKLR 133 (CA).
