释义	有限責任合夥 A partnership formed in accordance with the Limited Partnership Ordinance (Cap 37) and consisting of no more than 20 persons, and of one or more persons called general partners, who are liable for all debts and obligations of the firm, and one or more persons to be called limited partners, who are not liable for those debts or obligations beyond the amount they have contributed to the firm: Limited Partnerships Ordinance (Cap 37) s 3.
