| 释义 | 不付款而離去 An offence of dishonestly making off without having paid as required or expected and with intent to avoid payment of the amount due, knowing that payment on the spot for any goods supplied or service done is required or expected: Theft Ordinance (Cap 210) s 18C(1). Where the supply of the goods or the doing of the service is contrary to law, or where the service done is such that payment is not legally enforceable, no offence is committed: s 18C(3). See also Larceny. 一項罪行，指明知須為已供應的貨品或已提供的服務即場付款，或明知被預期須為該等貨品或服務即場付款，而並無如所須般或被預期般付款，且不誠實地離去，意圖逃避支付應付的款項：《盜竊罪條例》（第210章）第18C(1)條。凡貨品的供應或服務的提供是違法的，或提供服務所須付款是不能夠依法追討的，則不屬違法：第18C(3)條。另見 Larceny。 |
