| 释义 | 保證金交易 A financing arrangement by which money is lent on the security of investment such as shares. Funds may be lent to an agreed value of the investments. If the market value of the investment falls below the amount of the loan, the borrower is required to make a payment of the lender so that the value of the investment is not less than the loan. It is a form of gearing or borrowing to buy assets. See also Gearing; Market value. 指以投資的保證金（如股份）作借貸金錢的財政安排。基金可借貸予某已協議的投資價值。如投資的市值下降至借貸款額之下，借款人須向貸款人作出繳款的安排，使投資價值不會少於該筆貸款。它是購買資產的一種資本與負債比率或借貸方式。另見 Gearing; Market value。 |
