释义	現有使用權 The right relating to continue previously lawful use of a building or land under the legislation. ‘Existing use’ means actual use of the land for the particular purpose at the time the plan comes into effect and not an existing right to use the land or a contemplated use: R v Wong Hon Yau (HCMA 139/94, unreported).
