| 释义 | 到港船 A ship which reaches the agreed loading point, which may be a specified port, dock or berth, as provided for in the charterparty: The Johanna Oldendorff E L Oldendorff & Co GmbH v Tradax Export SA [1973] 3 All ER 148, 2 Lloyd’s Rep 285 (HL). If the ship is at the place where waiting ships usually lie, the ship is in such a position unless there are some extraordinary circumstances, proof of which lies on the charterer: United States Shipping Board v Frank C Strick & Co Ltd [1926] AC 545, 17 Asp MLC 40 (HL). Whether a ship is an ‘arrived ship’ within the meaning of the charterparty depends on whether the ship has reached the destination agreed. Laytime will begin to run in respect of an arrived ship when the ship is ready to load or discharge and a notice of readiness has been given.
