| 释义 | 共同接管 A receivership in which two or more persons are appointed to act together as receivers. Where a debenture does not expressly state that joint receivers may act jointly and severally, the emerging judicial tendency is to consider the real purpose of the debenture rather than to construe its terms narrowly in determining whether decisions can be made individually by any one of the receivers.
