| 释义 | 共同授予 A grant of representation made in the names of several personal representatives. The powers of all the personal representatives may, in the absence of any direction to the contrary in the will or grant of administration, be exercised by any one of them, except in the case of conveyance of immovable property which must be made with the concurrence of all the personal representative or an order of the court: Probate and Administration Ordinance (Cap 10) s 54.
