释义 | 黑體法律(金科玉律) Fundamental legal principles that have been accepted as part of the common law or are embodied in legislation. Blackletter law is also used to describe the enunciation of these principles as technical rules or as formulae. The term has its origins in the boldface type in which the principles were printed in legal textbooks. 已獲接受為普通法一部份或載入成文法例中的基要法律原則。黑體法律亦指將該等原則,宣布為在特定範疇內有效的規則。過往法學書籍以粗黑體印刷法律原則名稱,黑體法律因而得名。 |
