| 释义 | 整日 The whole days within a specified period. The computation of time required by The Rules of the High Court or any judgement, order or direction of the court for doing any act: The Rules of the High Court (Cap 4A) O 3 r 2. In the case where an act was to be performed in a specified number of clear days after a certain date; that number of whole days must have intervened between the date when the act was done and the certain date when the period commenced. The effect of this rule is that in computation the first day (the certain date when the period commenced) and the last day (the date when the act was done) are excluded.
