释义	法庭謄本 A written record of the proceedings in court including oral testimony adduced in court, counsel’s submission and the decision and reason orally given by the judge in court. A document purporting to be the transcript of the record which has been admitted in evidence in any criminal and civil proceedings, if certified by appointed person, shall be admitted in evidence in those proceedings on its production without further proof and presumed to be an accurate transcript of the whole or part of the record to which it purports to refer: Evidence Ordinance (Cap 8) s 29A.
