释义	引述 In ordinary language, the act of repeating, or declaiming a literary or dramatic work, generally from memory. A public recitation of a copyright literary or dramatic work will constitute a public performance of that work, for which permission from the copyright owner will usually be required. However, the reading or recitation in public by one person of a reasonable extract from a published literary or dramatic work does not infringe any copyright in the work if it is accompanied by a sufficient acknowledgement: Copyright Ordinance (Cap 528) s 68(1).
