释义	可贖回優先股 A preference share which may be bought back by a company from the shareholder before liquidation. Any preference shares issued by a company before 1 September 1991 which could but for the repeal by the Companies (Amendment) Ordinance 1991 (No 77 of 1991) have been redeemed under the earlier law (Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 49) are subject to redemption in accordance with the current statutory provisions: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 49R(2).
