| 释义 | 處置／出售／變賣 In general terms, to pass into the control of another person, to alienate, relinquish, part with, or get rid of. Corporations - In relation to shares, perishable goods, other assets or land, a company ceases to have a relevant interest in these assets: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) ss 17, 199. A company has power to dispose of its undertaking or property or any part thereof and other assets: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) sch 7. Any disposition of the property of the company including things in action, and any transfer of shares, or alterations in the status of the members of the company made after the commencement of the winding up of the company shall be void unless the court orders otherwise: s 182. To confer a power of appointment, an interest in or right over property: Perpetuities and Accumulations Ordinance (Cap 257) s 2(1).
