释义 | 可分割的合約 1. A contract which is not entire, and from which it is possible to sever terms. Part of the contract may be frustrated and part remain in force: Denny, Mott and Dickson Ltd v JamesB Fraser & Co Ltd [1944] AC 265, 1 All ER 678 (HL). 2. A contract in which the parties have divided the contract price into a number of instalments each corresponding to a definite proportion of the other party’s performance: for example, Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap 26) s 33(2).
