| 释义 | 跟單信用證 A written authority by one person to another person to draw cheques or bills of exchange for a certain sum of money upon him, with the undertaking to pay the drafts on presentation of requisite documents. An ordinary letter of credit contains the name of the beneficiary, the documents required to be produced, and the amount of money to be negotiated and paid. See also Letter of credit. 一方向另一方開出若干款項的支票或匯票的書面授權，並承諾在出示所需支付時支付有關的銀票。慣常的信用證戴有受益人名稱、所需提供的文件、以及所需議付及支付的款額。另見 Letter of credit。 |
