| 释义 | 國內 The examination of municipal law in relation to issues of international law and specifically the spheres of competence claimed by states including state territory, nationality of individuals, territorial sea, and jurisdiction. Domestic jurisdiction refers to the limits on such spheres of competence by states according to the law of nations: Interpretation of the Peace Treaties (1950) LCJ 65. The United Nations, for instance, has no authority to intervene in matters that are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state, or to require members to submit such matters to settlement under the Charter of the United Nations: United Nations Charter 1945 art 2(7).
