释义 | 不動產 Land, whether covered by water or not; any estate, right, interest or easement in or over any land (whether legal or equitable, present or future, actual or contingent), the whole or part of an undivided share in land; and things attached to land or permanently fastened to anything attached to land and all liabilities, if any: Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance (Cap 1) s 3; The Christian and Missionary Alliance (Transfer of Hong Kong Immovable Property) Ordinance (Cap 1155) S 1(2). In civil law, the equivalent of real property, including land and other tangible property not capable of being relocated physically. Where it is necessary to decide if intangible property rights are immovable or movable property, interests in land are immovable property. The general rule is that the law of the place where immovable property is situated governs all questions regarding it: Nelson v Bridport (1846) 8 Beav 547.
