释义 | 期貨牌照 A licence which enables a company or person to conduct regulated activities in relation to futures. Under the streamlined licensing regime, no separate licence is required. The licensee may carry on one or more than one regulated activity as the Securities and Futures Commission specifies in the licence: Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap 571) s 116(1). Dealing in futures contracts and advising on futures contracts are Type 2 and Type 5 of the Regulated Activities: sch 5 pt 1. The licence is subject to such reasonable conditions as the Securities and Futures Commission may impose: s 116(6).
