| 释义 | 滲漏 The escape of liquid, whether through a hole in a container that may or may not be discernible, or through the pores of the materials of which a container is made: De Monchy v Phoenix Insurance Co of Hartford & Anor (1929) 34 Ll L Rep 201. In marine insurance law, an insurer is not liable for ordinary leakage which usually occurs on every voyage unless the language of the policy shows that such ordinary leakage was intended to be covered: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 15(1), Insurance [220.600].
