| 释义 | 銀行服務 Banking facility provided by a bank: conduct of current accounts; the payment of cheques; collection of cheques for customers: United Dominions Trust Ltd v Kirkwood [1966] 1 All ER 968, 2 QB 431 (CA). The provision of banking services like receiving from the general public money on current deposit, saving or other similar account repayable on demand or within less than three months or at call or notice of less than three months would also fall within the meaning of banking business: Banking Ordinance (Cap 155) s 2. Other banking services shall generally include the provision of loan and card services.
