释义	組織安排契據 Historically, a large partnership which has in place a deed of settlement by which a few of the partners named in the deed were appointed trustees to conduct the business of the association upon trust for the other partners and in accordance with the deed. The structure of the deed was adopted by the Joint Stock Companies Act 1844 (UK) as the structure of the company. The Act also provided for the registration of such deed as the principal constitutional document and, by such registration, the companies were recognised by the law as entities in their own: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 6, Companies and Corporations [95.0023].
